Chicken Nuggets
Chicken Nuggets with Sweet and Sour Sauce: Children are thrilled and adults happily eat them with their hands… delicious finger food! try also this polenta gnocchi with gorgonzola recipe too.
Ingredients

1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
600 g of chopped chicken
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1½ teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of curry
50 g of breadcrumbs
1 litre of oil for frying
Sweet and sour sauce
1 dl of rice vinegar
2 teaspoons of raw sugar
1 teaspoon of corn starch
80 g of ketchup
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 40 minutes
For the sauce, mix the vinegar with the sugar and corn starch in a pan. Heat, stirring constantly until the vinegar thickens. Pour it into a bowl and add the ketchup and soy sauce. Add the crushed garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper.
For the nuggets, cut the onion and garlic into coarse pieces. Transfer them with the chicken meat and lemon juice to a food processor. Coarsely grind a little at a time. Season the mass with salt, pepper and curry. Shape into croquettes, pass them in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet.
